Engaging Voters: Garbanzo Bean Poll at Nez Perce Fair

At the Nez Perce County Fair, we conducted informal “garbanzo bean poll” using jars labeled with 18 key issues, engaging nearly 1,000 participants. The results, while unscientific, indicated that affordable housing was a primary concern. The Communications Committee is now considering hosting discussions on this critical topic.

Highlights from the 2025 Nez Perce County Fair

NPC Dems had a very visible spot at the Nez Perce County Fair, September 18 to 21. We conducted a “garbanzo bean poll” on key issues, attracting nearly 1,000 participants. Conversations with young attendees were particularly encouraging. Volunteers played a crucial role, making the event a success.
