Highlights from the Nez Perce Democrats Annual Picnic

We held our Annual Picnic at Hereth Park June 17, where around 60 attendees enjoyed a potluck dinner, and a lively Dessert Auction that raised $2,400 for local candidates. Candidates for Idaho Legislature shared their platforms, with Dr. Becky Sundin Mitchell, running for Education Superintendent, as a special guest.

Terri Pickens Advocates for Idaho’s Future at Lewiston Meet and Greet

Nez Perce County Democrats hosted a “meet and greet” with Terri Pickens, Democratic candidate for Idaho Governor, on June 13 in Lewiston, attracting 35 attendees. Terri spoke about the key issues that Idaho and Idahoans face in the future and talked with individuals and small groups.

NPC Dems Annual Picnic – June 17

The Nez Perce County Democrats’ annual picnic is scheduled for June 17, from 6 to 8 pm at Hereth Park in Lewiston. Attendees should bring family, beverages, a dish to share, and lawn chairs. Local candidates will be present, and there will be a fundraising auction for desserts. Everyone is welcome.

NPC Dems Reorganization Meeting – Wednesday, May 27

Nez Perce County Democrats will meet on May 27 at 5:30pm in the AFL-CIO Building, Lewiston, to reorganize the party and elect new officers, including a Chairman, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, State Committee Man, and State Committee Woman. All Precinct Captains must attend or arrange for a proxy.
