Nez Perce County Democrats will participate in the Lewiston Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, November 15. The theme of this year’s parade is Homeless Veterans Awareness.
Our message will be simple:
In honor of those who served, especially those who have fallen on hard times, The Nez Perce County Democrats proudly honor our veterans and join the community in raising awareness of homelessness among those who served. We believe no one who served our country should be without a safe place to live – every veteran deserves a home.
We will have a truck and trailer decorated for the occasion and we invite local Democrats and veterans to ride or walk with us during the parade. (Weather permitting.)

We will gather on Snake River Avenue between 8:30 and 10:00am. The parade will begin at 11:11am. The route will be east along Main Street through downtown to Lincoln Street.
