As Trump’s Fascist Administration attacks our neighbors, healthcare, and freedom, Americans come together to demand regime change.

On Saturday, August 2nd, LC Valley Indivisible (https://www.facebook.com/groups/LCValleyIndivisible/) is hosting a rally to take to the streets to fight back against the growing fascist regime threatening our democracy, due process, our bodies, and our communities. The event is one of hundreds planned nationwide as part of the 50501 movement’s “Rage Against the Regime” National Day of Action.  

The rally will take place at the corner of 5th and Bridge Streets in Clarkston from 10am until noon.

The August 2nd national day of action, “Rage Against the Regime,” is a mass mobilization to channel our collective rage against the Trump regime for its weaponization of ICE against our communities, construction of concentration camps, covering up of the Epstein Files, attacks on transgender rights, and its dismantling of Medicaid, SNAP, USAID, the Department of Education, NOAA, and the National Weather Service into collective action. All 50501 movement actions are inclusive, nonviolent, and community-led.  

The Clarkston protest is organized locally by LC Valley Indivisible.  They will bring stickers, a bluetooth speaker, spare signs, first aid, cooling station, water and snacks, a couple hi-vis vests and litter pickup kit.

They will also be accepting school supply donations for the YWCA drive.
