Pop-Up Protest Sponsored by LC Valley Indivisible in Lewiston on August 30

LC Valley Indivisible is sponsoring a Pop-Up protest in Lewiston on Thursday, August 30 from 11:00am until 12:00 noon. This will be a peaceful protest about two current issues: The proposed purchase of electric-shock gloves by ICE and the severe supply and health issues facing our service men and women on the USS Abraham Lincoln.

The event will take place on the sidewalk outside the offices of Idaho’s congressional delegation (Crapo, Risch, and Fulcher) at 313 D Street, Suite 106 in downtown Lewiston.

Attendees are asked to bring signs with messages like “No ICE Gloves” or “Troops Deserver Food, Not Neglect”. Loaner signs will be available.
