County Committee AKA Precinct Captains

Democratic precinct captains are elected by the citizens of their precinct and are charged with connecting the people in their precinct to the Democratic Party and the Party to the people.  They can also be appointed be their peers at a Central Committee meeting.

Precinct Captains should be accessible to their neighborhoods on behalf of the Nez Perce County Democrats.  When information needs to get out, ideally, the Precinct Captains would leave the Central Committee meetings with information to get out to ‘their’ Democrats.
