Editor’s Note: We recently received the message below from Helen LeBoeuf, one of the organizers of the ID/WA Democratic Women’s group. We’re sharing it with only light edits.
Kaylee Peterson, candidate for US House to represent Idaho’s 1st Congressional District, will speak at our meeting on Monday May 4th! It isn’t often that we get Federal candidates to our meetings, so let’s really turn out and show up for Kaylee.
As usual, we will be meeting at Hells Canyon Grand Hotel, with lunch starting at 11:30 and our meeting beginning at Noon.
We also have members Kathy Dawes and Becky Eklund giving us wrap ups on the Idaho and Washington legislative sessions as well as many other announcements related to both successes and opportunities in our Region. This will be a dynamic meeting you won’t want to miss. Candidates are welcome to come and will be introduced and are encouraged to bring campaign materials for distribution. As you know, the Idaho primary is May 19th and Washington primary is not too far behind.
I am including the link for Zoom. I recently watched via Zoom, and was able to see and hear very well. If you can’t come in person, give it a try.
