Affordable housing is a major issue for many people in Nez Perce County, and we have begun investigating ways to make housing more affordable.
If you have built a house in Nez Perce County, or are a residential building contractor, we’d love to hear from you. Also, if you considered adding an Auxiliary Dwelling Unit (ADU), also known as a mother-in-law unit, we want to know whether you proceeded to build one or not, and what the issues were.
