The ID/WA Democratic Women will meet at 11:30am on Monday, November 3 at the Hells Canyon Grand Hotel in Lewiston. The featured speaker this month is Judy Holman, Washington State licensed Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor and a Substance Use Disorder Professional. Judy, also a member of the ID/WA Democratic Women, will speak on addiction and recovery.
Judy received an Associate’s Degree in Addiction from Walla Walla Community College, a Bachelors in Social Work from Lewis Clark State College and a Masters in Social Work from Walla Walla University. Her career spanned 34 years in Behavioral Health in all facets of counseling, clinical work, and administration She has been employed in Behavioral Health agencies as well as the Department of Social and Health Services and the Department of Health.
The organizers are excited to have one of their own professional members speak to the group.
The event is open to all – men and women alike. ID/WA Democratic Women is a very informal organization. There is no charge to attend. Lunch is available from the hotel buffet.
