On Saturday, April 5, 2025, Nez Perce Democrats and other interested people will join our neighbors from the Asotin County Democrats for the Hands Off Clarkston rally. This is one of many events planned as part of a national day of mobilization to send a message that we do not consent to the destruction of our government and our economy for the benefit of Trump and his billionaire allies.
Logistics
Rally attendees will gather at 11:30am on Saturday in the Albertsons / Joann parking lot in Clarkston. The organizers will have a sheet of talking points for us, in case news people put a microphone in our direction.
We will hopefully have the 4 Corners at 5th and Bridge Streets. At each corner there will be a Corner Captain keeping an eye out for trouble.
It’s suggested that we all wear blue.
